Can I register my domicile in the commercial register?
Yes, of course. Depending on what you have booked, with or without c/o.
Do I have an office at this address?
If you have booked a legal domicile, the affordable fee of CHF 129 per month includes a micro workspace and access to our open workspace. There are no additional costs.
How is mail processed?
We send your mail weekly to the address you provide us with or scan your mail daily (c/o & hybrid domicile). You only pay the postage and any additional packaging costs (e.g. if we put several letters in one envelope to save on postage. We charge CHF 1 for the envelope). We also forward parcels.
Can I pick up my mail?
Yes, you can come anytime. You are always welcome.
Is my data safe with you?
Yes, we do not pass on any data to third parties.
Can I book additional services?
Yes, we are happy to take care of all commercial register formalities for you, offer accounting and tax consulting services, and provide legal advice.
We also offer day offices, conference rooms, and other services such as your own doorbell on the mailbox or branded offices with your logo.
Will my company receive mail at the mailbox?
Yes, if you book a legal domicile without c/o, your company will be addressed at the mailbox. The same applies to Domizil PLUS.
Do you keep my company's prescribed master files?
Yes, we keep the required master files in a separate file at your registered company headquarters.
Are documents accepted and guests welcomed?
Yes, the front office accepts documents during our business hours and will accompany your guests to your workplace/workspace or the booked conference area. Registered mail will be accepted where possible; if this is not possible, we will send you a collection slip. You can also set up a power of attorney so that we can collect shipments for you at the local post office.
Will I receive a rental agreement or a declaration of domicile?
Yes, you will of course receive a rental agreement in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (legal domicile) or a domicile acceptance declaration (c/o domicile / domicile PLUS) in addition to the general service agreement.
Is there visitor parking?
Yes, there are plenty of visitor parking spaces available. We are also just a minute's drive from the highway without traffic jams, and the Hammer bus stop is right in front of the building. Cham train station is 900 meters away.
